Terms of Service - AGENCY Program
By purchasing and joining the AGENCY program, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not purchase access to the program.
1. Program Overview
AGENCY is a 5-week group program designed to provide participants with tools, guidance, and education on nervous system regulation and expanding they capacity to receive and sustain more money and opportunities:
Weekly live group calls with coaching, education, integration, and aligned action guidance
Access to somatic and subconscious rewiring integration sessions
Support and guidance on applying the principles of the program to your business, income, and life
Resources intended to help participants explore and understand their unique nervous system and patterns
Participation in the program is intended to provide education, tools, and opportunities for personal and professional exploration. Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on each participant’s effort, application, nervous system capacity, and personal circumstances. The Coach makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the results of participation.
2. Payment
By purchasing access to AGENCY, you agree to pay the full program fee at the time of enrolment. So that Client is fully invested in this program, no refunds will be issued. Client understands that Client is responsible for all payments whether or not Client is fully participating in the program. No exceptions will be made in this matter and the Coach reserves the right to take legal action to collect all payment. The Client shall not make any chargebacks to the Companyʼs account. The Client shall pay for any fees associated with recouping payment, including but not limited to, collections fees and attorneysʼ fees.
3. Nature of Coaching
AGENCY coaching is not therapy, financial advice, legal advice, or psychological counseling. The program is educational and experiential, focused on nervous system regulation and personal growth.
Participants are fully responsible for their results and outcomes. The Coach does not guarantee financial, business, or personal outcomes, and any examples or testimonials are not a promise of results.
4. Third-Party Information
The Coach may provide recommendations for third-party services or products. These are suggestions only. The Coach is not liable for any outcomes or consequences from the use of third-party services.
5. Confidentiality
All personal information shared within the program, including discussions in calls or community chats, is confidential.
The Coach may share program-related information with contractors or team members strictly for the purpose of delivering program services. Confidential information does not include information obtained from third parties with a legal right to share.
6. Recordings and Intellectual Property
All program calls may be recorded for participant access.
All program materials, including written content, audios, and other resources, are the intellectual property of the Coach. Participants are granted a limited license for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or selling program materials is prohibited. Testimonials may be used publicly for marketing purposes.
7. No Guarantees and “As-Is” Policy
Program services are provided “as-is.” Results vary based on individual participation and effort.
Participation carries inherent risks, and the Coach makes no guarantees of income, financial growth, or personal outcomes. The only commitment is that program services will be delivered as described.
8. Indemnification
Participants agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Coach, their company, affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, or costs arising from participation in the program.
9. Dispute Resolution
Participants agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal action. If necessary, disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada. Each party pays its own costs.
Participants waive rights to a jury trial for claims under this agreement.
10. Force Majeure
The Coach is not liable for delays or inability to provide services due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the Coach and participant regarding AGENCY. No verbal statements, emails, or other documents alter these terms unless explicitly agreed in writing by the Coach.
