Payment Terms & Conditions - Wired for Wealth (WFW)

By purchasing and enrolling in the Wired for Wealth program ("Program"), you explicitly agree to the following legally binding Payment Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, do not enroll or submit payment.

1. Financial Commitment & Payment Structure

The Client agrees to pay the total Program fee selected at checkout, either via a one-time payment ("Pay in Full Option") or through a split payment plan ("Payment Plan Option"), processed securely via Stripe or our designated payment processor:

  • Pay in Full Option: A single, non-refundable payment due immediately upon registration.

  • Payment Plan Option: Two (2) consecutive monthly installments. By selecting this option, the Client explicitly enters into an unconditional financial contract to pay the total balance of the Program in full.

2. Non-Cancellable Payment Obligation (2-Month Term)

For Clients selecting the Payment Plan Option, you explicitly authorize automatic recurring charges to your designated payment method for each of the two (2) consecutive months.

This payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription, drop-in membership, or trial. It is a courtesy financing arrangement to distribute the total cost of the 8-week container. The Client has no legal right to cancel, pause, opt out of, or revoke remaining installment payments at any time during or after the 2-month term. Your legal obligation to pay the full program balance remains binding regardless of attendance, level of participation, completion of sessions, life circumstances, or personal satisfaction.

3. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made toward the Program - including the initial deposit, pay-in-full amounts, and installment payments - are strictly non-refundable. Because intellectual property, proprietary frameworks, audio materials, and live coaching access are delivered immediately upon entry, no partial or full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Prohibition of Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

The Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent retrieval requests with their credit card company, bank, or payment processor for any reason.

Attempting to dispute, revoke, or reverse an authorized charge constitutes a material breach of this contract. In the event of an initiated chargeback:

  • The Client's access to the Program, community portal, call replays, and the Audio Vault will be terminated immediately.

  • This agreement, the Client’s IP address, access logs, and signed checkout consent will be submitted directly to the bank as conclusive proof of an authorized purchase.

  • The Client agrees to indemnify the Company for the disputed amount plus all administrative chargeback fees, collection agency costs, and reasonable attorney fees incurred in disputing the reversal or recovering outstanding funds.

5. Failed Payments & Default

If an automatic installment payment fails:

  • The Client will receive an automated notification and must update their payment details to bring the account current within five (5) business days.

  • If the balance remains unpaid after five (5) business days, a late fee of 5% per week (or the maximum allowed by law) will accrue on the outstanding balance until fully resolved.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend portal and call access until the account is brought current, without extending the 8-week program container.

  • Continued default will result in the entire remaining balance being accelerated and referred to a third-party collections agency or pursued via formal legal proceedings.

6. No Income or Results Guarantees (Earnings Disclaimer)

The Client acknowledges that business, creative output, and financial expansion depend on numerous personal, professional, and market variables entirely outside of the Coach’s control.

  • While Wired for Wealth provides tools for somatic regulation, mindset coherence, and aligned action, the Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific financial income, revenue milestones, audience size, or client acquisition.

  • Any testimonials, case studies, past client experiences, or personal references to revenue (including references to "$10k months" or audience growth) are examples of individual experiences and are not a promise or projection of your actual results.

7. Non-Clinical & Non-Medical Scope of Practice

The Client understands that Wired for Wealth, its live calls, audio vault tracks, and all associated materials are educational, self-development, and somatic coaching tools only.

  • The Coach is not acting as a licensed medical doctor, clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed professional counsellor, or financial advisor.

  • This program does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any psychological disorder, clinical trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, or medical conditions.

  • Participation in nervous system regulation or somatic practices is entirely voluntary. If you are currently under the care of a mental health or medical professional, you agree to consult them prior to participating in intensive somatic or breath practices.

8. Intellectual Property & Limited License

All materials provided within the Program—including, but not limited to, the Wired for Wealth frameworks, guided audio tracks, video replays, worksheets, PDFs, and portal content—are the sole intellectual property of the Coach and the Company.

  • The Client is granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials solely for personal use.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, re-teach, publish, share login credentials, or adapt any part of the Program materials into your own commercial offerings or public content.

9. Community Guidelines & Grounded Conduct

To maintain an expansive and safe container for all participants:

  • All personal information, shared experiences, questions, and business insights shared by other members inside live calls, co-working sessions, and the private chat portal are strictly confidential.

  • Soliciting other members, spamming, self-promotion outside of designated threads, or engaging in harassing, disruptive, or hostile behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • The Coach reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these community standards from live calls and chat portals immediately, without refund or relief from remaining payment obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Coach, Company, and their agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the Client’s participation in the Program, implementation of the material, or reliance on advice given.

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from their participation, business operations, or breach of these Terms.
