Payment Terms & Conditions - Coming Home Program

By purchasing and joining the COMING HOME program, you agree to the following Payment Terms. If you do not agree, you should not purchase access to the program.

The payment terms are as follows:

The Client agrees to pay the total program fee either as a one-time payment of $3,200 USD (“Pay in Full Option”) or in six (6) monthly installments of $584 USD (“Payment Plan Option”), processed via Stripe/Squarespace subscription.

For clients selecting the Payment Plan Option, the Client authorizes automatic recurring charges of $584 USD per month for six (6) consecutive months, regardless of participation level, attendance, scheduling, or use of coaching services. Installment payments represent a fixed payment obligation for access to the coaching container and are not dependent on ongoing service usage or session completion.

All fees are due in full for the agreed-upon program term. The Client acknowledges that choosing a payment plan is solely a method of payment and does not alter the total financial commitment of $3,504 USD.

If a payment fails, the Coach will notify the Client via email. The Client is required to bring the account current within five (5) business days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, a late fee of 5% may be applied for each day the payment remains outstanding until the balance is paid in full.

The Coach reserves the right to pursue collections and/or legal action for any outstanding balances, including recovery of reasonable costs incurred in the collection of unpaid fees.

All payments are non-refundable. The Client acknowledges full financial responsibility for the entire program fee regardless of participation, completion, or satisfaction with coaching outcomes.

The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Any attempt to reverse payments will be considered a breach of contract, and the Client agrees to be responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to chargeback fees, collections costs, and reasonable legal fees incurred in recovery.
