This is why I’ve always valued coaching. It gives you a second set of eyes - not filtered through your own patterns, but grounded in seeing what’s actually holding you back and what’s ready to shift next.
That’s my specialty - identifying the patterns you can’t see yet, and helping you move through them in real time so you don’t stall out or fall back into old cycles.
Coaching is where you built the foundation. Alumni is where you keep moving forward.

This space exists to help you move through them in real time - reinforcing the shifts you’ve already made while continuing the rewiring process that allows lasting change to take hold.

Accountability + Co-Working Session:
Momentum doesn’t come from insight alone - it comes from action. These sessions are designed to help you show up and move forward on what actually matters. Working alongside others creates accountability, but more importantly, you get real-time coaching through resistance, procrastination, and inner blocks as they show up - so you can catch patterns in the moment and shift them before they turn into another cycle.
Somatic + Brain Rewiring / Workshop Session:
Each month, this session will either be a guided brain rewiring experience using the UNDO Method™, or a workshop focused on expanding your awareness, deepening your understanding, and supporting you at the next level of your growth. These sessions are shaped around what’s coming up within the group - helping you move through upper limits, shift patterns, and continue evolving as you step into new levels of your life.

It’s also a space to be part of a small, intentional community of people who are building lives they actually want - sharing big visions, celebrating wins, and supporting each other as they take real action.
This is a founding alumni group, limited to a small number of selected past clients. Early members lock in $77/month, and spots are intentionally limited to ensure personalized support.
